User guide :
One part of concentrate for seven parts of still or carbonated water = the benefits of a kombucha
(we suggest sparkling water!)
The key is to make the mixture that's right for you. If you want to add more or less concentrate, do it!

The story :
When we received 3 kg of fresh basil the same day, we asked ... what to do with all that?
In the perspective that we never want to throw away food that is safe to eat, we have received too much basil for our kombucha recipes!
So we were put into product development mode and that's where we found what to do!
A sugar-free concentrate with basil and lemon with properties similar to kombucha.
So we took fermented stevia (it's the same concept as fermented kombucha, but instead of tea leaves, it's organic stevia leaves) that we mixed with a nice infusion. super concentrated of fresh basil and fresh lemon juice. The rest is part of our magic recipe!
