MOSCOW MULE

Usually served in a copper cup, the Moscow Mule is born from the meeting between John Martin and Jack Morgan. One wanting to establish Smirnoff vodka in America and the other serving a still little known Ginger Beer. We still benefit from this meeting today!
Here is the Moscow Mule of the hour!

INGREDIENTS:

STEPS :

  • Shake Vodka, Mayhaven, lime juice and simple syrup over ice for 8 seconds
  • Drain with a Hawthorne Colander into a Mule Glass
  • Fill the glass with ice
  • Add lime and ginger kombucha to taste
  • Taste!
  • Tag us on your social networks with your cocktail if you liked it!

COSMOTINI

Created in 1988, the Cosmopolitan was brought to the forefront by the television series Sex and the City. Now one of the most popular cocktails in the world, we had no choice but to make it our own. Here is our version of Cosmo with Kombucha. The fruity taste of hibiscus will stay with you!

INGREDIENTS:

STEPS :

  • In a shaker, stir all the ingredients with ice for 20 seconds
  • Drain with a Hawthorne Colander into a Martini Glass
  • Here!
  • Yes, it's that simple!
  • Taste!

Raspberry TOM COLLINS

So simple and so good ... This London cocktail is probably our favorite of all the cocktails we have made. No need to say more, just give it a try!

INGREDIENTS:

STEPS :

  • In a shaker, shake the gin, lemon juice and simple syrup over ice for 8 seconds
  • Drain with a Hawthorne Colander into a Highball Glass
  • Fill the glass with ice
  • Add the kombucha
  • Taste!

STRAWBERRY GIMLET

Historians of mixology are divided as to the provenance of the name Gimlet. We like the version of the story saying that the English admiral Sir Thomas Gimlette, a military doctor, used to serve a daily dose of lemon juice to his men in order to prevent the risk of scurvy. He added a little gin to it to appease the recalcitrant. We decided to add a little kombucha and lime juice to achieve our ends!

INGREDIENTS:

STEPS :

  • In a cocktail shaker, shake the ingredients with ice for 12 seconds
  • Drain with a Hawthorne colander into a cup
  • Once again a simple cocktail ...
  • Just for you!
  • Cheers!

SOUTH SIDE

Apparently, the South Side or the Southside was Al Capone's favorite drink. So he would come from the South Side district of Chicago. Given the not delicate taste of Capone's gin, his men used to add a lot of sugar to it. The Southside was born. We revisited it in our own way with a “Fizz” version in which we add fresh mint and our super peach and mint kombucha.

INGREDIENTS:

STEPS :

  • In a cocktail shaker, shake the ingredients with ice for 12 seconds
  • Drain with a Hawthorne Colander into a Rock Glass or Martini Glass
  • Taste!

A QUEBEC DISTILLERY!

Located in Gatineau, Artist in Residence Distillerie really amazed us with its range of products and their quality. We had no other choice but to approach them to offer them to create cocktails with their products. The result is FABULOUS.

You should check out their site to get an idea!

It's good.

My favorite is the Tom Collins. I mean what's better on a Friday night than this drink. I have recommended it to all my friends!

We've been serving the Moscow Mule at the restaurant for a year and a half now and it's amazing. Customers order and it again and again every time they come. You have to believe that this is the new way of doing the Moscow Mule.
